Zachary Pierson is the 17-year-old son of Hope and Terry Pierson. He has two siblings, Rachel and Alex. Zach is a junior this year at Moscow High School and participates in many things such as the play, basketball, football, track, cross-country, scholars’ bowl, and forensics. Talking about forensics, making it to state forensics is his proudest accomplishment. I asked him if he had to choose one, which of all the activities he participates in would he say he enjoys doing the most and his reply was the play and forensics because it is an opportunity to just have fun and goof off and entertain people. Zachary enjoys spending time with his family and just doing things together would be his most memorable time with his family.
When Zach was younger, he used to imagine himself as a professional chef working in a big restaurant and making lots of money. After high school Zachary plans on going to college in pursuit to get his degree in engineering, in hopes to one day become an agricultural engineer. After graduating high schoo,l he will most definitely miss all the extra activities he participates in but mostly forensics.
I asked Zachary whom he most admired in his life, and his reply was “I admire Luke Goudy. He has a great attitude, and he knows how to work hard with a smile.”
Zach’s most valued possessions are his scriptures. He has so much stuff marked and stored that they are twice as thick as they should be! He would love to travel to Greece to see all the architecture. Also one wish that he wishes would come true is to one day be a superhero!
“My biggest pet peeves include people who think they are always right even when they are wrong. My bad habits include I always have to be right, and I always have to make everything perfect.”
I hope you learned a lot of new things from this article!
