Combining muscle car style with sedan, and technology, the Dodge Charger, in my opinion, is the best sedan that looks sporty. The 2017 Charger is very similar to the 2016 look. Still, all Chargers, from the V6-powered SE and SXT to the honkin' V-8 R/T, SRT 392, and SRT Hellcat, are a fun car to drive and definitely earns their 7.2 out of 10 ranking. After last year's model, the 2017 Dodge Charger adds a new version of its infotainment system that includes Apple CarPlay and Android Auto capabilities, as well as an improved touchscreen.
Charger SEs and SXTs have a 3.6-liter V-6 rated at 292 horsepower that sends power to either the rear or all wheels on a 8-speed automatic. The lineup climbs to the R/T's 370 horsepower 5.7-liter V-8, while the R/T Scat Pack and the SRT 392 use a 6.4-liter V8 that goes up to 485 horsepower. The most expensive Charger, is the SRT Hellcat. It has the same 707 horsepower supercharged 6.2-liter V-8 as the Challenger SRT Hellcat, but it accelerates even quicker than the Challenger Hellcat. Its top speed is 204 mph. All the models of the chargers are really nice to me, but the thing I like the most is that the car looks sporty, and it is not considered a sports car. The insurance on a sports car can run high, so with the car looking like a sports car it gives the owners an advantage for not paying as much.
The Charger SE includes a touchscreen audio system, keyless ignition, and a power driver's seat. The SXT has more, with heated seats, an 8.4-inch infotainment system with 9-1-1 assistance and an wifi hotspot, and 18-inch alloy wheels. If I were to get a Charger, I would get at least a SXT because the SE has a small touchscreen and the SXT has a big one and heated seats. The cars are all similar on the outside look. What I care about is what the inside looks like.
